– Because each product we create has been custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products.
– Shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order has been placed.
– If there is an issue with your order, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery.
– We do not reimburse for orders that are lost, stolen, or mis-delivered during transit.
– If your item was damaged in transit, send us a photo of the item and the packaging it came in with inside photos of box and product.
