Due to COVID-19 and other restrictions, products cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final! Refunds are not provided.

Depending on the point of delivery (POD), it could take two or three days for standard mail and for express mail, as fast as the next day on UPS, and FedEx schedules.

We include tracking information to help keep track of your package. In the event that you do not receive your package, we (you and B-Discreet) can see where the last place the package ended up. In the event, you need to be reimbursed; the company who delivered the package will be responsible.

We have two ways of making changes to your order

No problem; just give us the mailing address. Please note the necessary taxes and postage will be applied.

At this time, we are only shipping inside the United States. Depending on where outside the United States your package is going, there may be international taxes, duties and other fees. We will look into it for you and let you know.

We do not set a limit on how much of one product you can order. However, if you are an organization having an event, we do offer special prices for non-profits. Ask about our WOW program for Independent Representatives.
