It is important to take care of yourself when that time of the month comes around;

- Get plenty of sleep
- Eat right
- Drink plenty of water
- Exercise
- Read a good book
- Watch TV
- Listen to music
All the above play a big role in celebrating your body at a very important time. I can never say enough about being comfortable in your skin during that time of the month. So do the little extra things that keep you healthy (mentally and physically) and feeling good.
