To ensure that you are completely satisfied, please follow the instructions below for caring for your new extensions. In addition, please review the pre-installation requirements below before selecting a Collection and texture for further information, pointers, and maintenance.
Rinse the hair under warm water. To prevent tangling, wrap the bundle in its plastic security band throughout this process. Then, run your fingers through the hair.
Remove all chemical treatments and hair products from the hair. Set out to air dry. The hair should be tangle-free and shedding-free once it has dried. If you detect any issues during this preliminary setup process, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
We have complete faith in our hair’s quality. However, if you experience any issues within the first week of purchase–such as matting, shedding, or tangling–that is due to a manufacturing discrepancy, please get in touch with us. We would be happy to offer further guidance and may even recommend that you remove the installation and take it back to where it was bought for testing purposes.
Professional stylists suggest folding the wefts instead of cutting individual tracks when doing a full sew-in to maintain the extension’s integrity, prevent shedding, and make re-installation easier.
Machine weft hair: When installing weft extensions, it is recommended that you sew around the weft rather than through it. Putting a needle through the weft will weaken its structure and cause shedding.
If you want your China’s Elegant hair to last, always take hair from the top of the bundle, which is tied with a rubber band. This will avoid inverting the hairs and causing matting and tangling.
